They would just be moving the camera from point to point and they would be out in a few short hours depending on the size of a property. For example, a 1500 sq. ft. listing would take 1 hour to be scanned and a 5000 sq. ft. house would take 2 hours and 30 minutes to be scanned.

We will coordinate and plan the 3D scan to eliminate any face-to-face contact lowering any risks for our clients and our team members. We do take precautionary steps to keep our communities safe but helping to move forward and to get out of this situation safely.

We have noticed that agents are using a handmade video using their phones as to walk through the property to be uploaded as the “3D tour”.

Keep in mind that this is not the same as our fully interactive 3D virtual tour. The video has no interaction capability not alone to provide detail information about features of the property.

Once the property is scanned, it will take us 24 to 48 hours to get the edit team to do their job and prepare the 3D twin model of your house or listing.

After the project completion, you will receive branded, un-branded and MLS “links” and “embed codes” to the cloud-based 3D space to your house or listing which could be shared on your websites, social media and multiple MLS websites.
